Rooted in Wellness Holistic Skin 

First off I want to say, from the bottom of my heart, thank you for being here. Whether we’ve met many times or not yet at all, my deepest hope is that Rooted in Wellness offers you a space of trust, grounding, and calm.

 

My own journey to this work began years ago, after moving to San Francisco. I felt a deep pull for change-a desire to return to the rhythms of nature I grew up with and the truth I was taught early on: that natural is best. This longing led me to yoga, a practice that transformed my life. In pursuit of a deeper understanding, I moved to Costa Rica for an intensive immersion. That experience was life-changing. It taught me the profound power of calming the nervous system and the beauty of holding space for others to do the same.

 

The seed of Rooted in Wellness was planted in 2020, while camping in the Rocky Mountains. I had always known I was meant to create; whether it was the bracelets I sold as a child or the small ventures I dreamed up along the way, but this vision felt different. It felt aligned with my soul, I finally found my purpose. I began “Rooted in Wellness Holistic Skin” out of my home, not knowing how it would unfold. Slowly, through word of mouth and the most beautiful connections, the dream began to grow. I will always cherish those intimate days of welcoming clients into my home - it was cozy, sacred, and deeply personal.

 

After having my first daughter, I realized that home no longer held the alignment I needed. I felt called to Nurture Wellness Market, where I poured my heart into building my first studio from the ground up. It was there I learned that my greatest purpose is to be both a mother and a business owner; two roles that allow me to nurture in different, yet equally fulfilling ways.

 

Today, with studios in both Colorado and Michigan, Rooted in Wellness feels like the truest expression of my heart. Each space was created with intention, to feel natural, nurturing, and grounded, like an extension of the earth itself. Inspired by my favorite place on earth, Joshua Tree, CA. To everyone who has walked through our doors, you are my people, my community, and for you I am endlessly grateful. Thank you for being here and for finding a home away from home in our sanctuary.
